Yesterday we went to court to do the US adoption of the kids. - This is a required step in the process to establish them as US Citizens.
It was my first time in court, so it was a little intimidating being sworn in and having to step up to the witness stand to answer the judges and attorneys questions. All in all, it was relatively simple and went fairly quick.
At this point my Ethiopia paperwork is starting to cross with my China paperwork, so I am hoping to finish the last ET paperwork steps SOON!
Well ... we do have to provide annual updates on them until their 18, so I guess it won't be final, final for a few years to come. :)

Yea! We just did this last week. Felt so good to get it over with and moving on to the final steps.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! on your re-adoption of Isaiah, Josiah and Lydia! What a special day and a special moment- your family standing together with the judge and saying "YES" to God's amazing plans. Many blessings on your amazing family.
Love and hugs and prayers,
Debi
That's the same judge we had! :-)
